No. We cover all equipment, installation, maintenance, and operational costs. There are no setup fees, monthly charges, or surprise expenses for venue operators. 


Requirements vary by jurisdiction and venue type. We handle all necessary permitting and regulatory compliance as part of our deployment process. Our team coordinates with local authorities on your behalf. 


Agreements are flexible with no early termination penalties. If you decide to discontinue, we remove all equipment at our expense. Typical notice period is 30 days. 


Equipment requires standard 110V power (comparable to a desktop computer) or PoE (Power over Ethernet) and wired internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps download speed. Specific requirements confirmed during site assessment. 


Our team manages all technical support, monitoring, maintenance, and equipment replacement. Your staff is never responsible for troubleshooting or repairs. 


No. Our equipment operates on separate infrastructure and does not conflict with your existing network. We coordinate with your IT team during assessment to ensure compatibility.
